Programme Timetable
9:00 AM – Welcome & Warm-Up
9:30 AM – Circus Activities Begin
(Aerial & Ground-Based Groups)
10:30 AM – Morning Tea Break
11:00 AM – Activities Resume
12:30 PM– Lunch Break
1:00 PM – Afternoon Activities
(Low-Impact Sessions)
2:30 PM – Free Play & Skill Practice
3:00 PM– Pick-Up
How It Works
Room 1 - Aerial Circus
Room 2 - Ground based circus
Participants will be split in two groups according to their ages and intercharge morning and afternoon sessions between both rooms.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. ENROLLMENT
a. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
b. Invoice payment is required to secure your child’s place in the programme.
2. AGE REQUIREMENTS
a. The programme is open to children aged 5–14 years.
3. PROGRAMME FEES
a. The cost is $60 per child per day (GST exclusive).
b. An invoice will be issued and sent to your email upon enrolment.
c. Payment can be made via credit card (online) or bank transfer, as detailed on the invoice.
4. WHAT TO BRING
Participants are required to bring:
a. A drink bottle
b. Morning tea

5. STAFF QUALIFICATIONS
a. Our tutors are experienced circus trainers who are passionate about working with children.
b. All staff are fully vetted and hold current first aid training.
6. MINIMUM ENROLMENT & CANCELLATION
a. Our tutors are experienced circus trainers who are passionate about working with children.
b. We reserve the right to cancel the programme if minimum numbers are not met by Monday 6 April 2026.
c. In the event of cancellation, families will be notified and full refunds will be issued.
7. LIABILITY
a. The Circability Holiday Programme team prioritises the safety of all participants and their belongings.
b. However, the organisers accept no liability for any injury sustained during the programme or for any loss or damage to personal property.
8. RISK MANAGEMENT
a. The programme operates in accordance with our Risk Assessment and Management System (RAMS).
